Radiology Machines Interfacing, PACS
Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) is a revolutionary technology that has transformed the way medical imaging data is stored, accessed, and shared. With Maxim PACS, healthcare institutions can digitize and store medical images such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds & all DICOM modalities in a centralized database, eliminating the need for physical film storage.
Maxim PACS is specifically designed for the radiology department, but its applications extend beyond just that. It can be used in hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare organizations where medical imaging is a crucial part of patient care.
The benefits of implementing Maxim PACS in healthcare organizations are numerous. Firstly, PACS improves productivity and workflow efficiency. Healthcare providers can retrieve medical images instantly, eliminating the need for manual film retrieval and reducing waiting times for patients.
This streamlined workflow allows for faster diagnosis and treatment decisions, ultimately improving patient outcomes. Additionally, Maxim PACS enhances the management of medical imaging data. With Maxim PACS, healthcare organizations can efficiently organize and manage vast amounts of medical images. The system provides a secure and centralized location for storing and accessing images, eliminating the risk of lost or damaged physical films.
Maxim PACS shows images in 2D or 3D environments. These original DICOM images are available to Doctors and Physicians on their PC/Laptop terminals directly. The original Image, when shown on the Doctor’s PC terminal, can be expanded and zoomed in to give an exact diagnosis. Original Images do get distorted when zooming is done. Also, there are several measurement tools that can be operated by physicians to accurately do the diagnosis. DICOM images are also available on mobile phones and tablets.
Maxim PACS can be integrated with Quanta HIMS, Maxim LIS, and PathoGoldCloud Softwares.
(Connect Radiology Instrument like Xray, Ultrasound, CT scans, MRI, etc. like DICOM compatible instruments with PACS system to capture DICOM Images directly into HIS / LIMS software)
Maxim PACS System is specially designed for capturing radiology images (DICOM Images) directly from Radiology instruments like X-rays, Ultrasounds, CT scans, MRIs, ECGs, and many machines which are DICOM-compatible instruments. Images can be captured from Endoscopes, and ECG (Electrocardiograms) machines as well. Original Images from these machines can be directly transferred to Maxim PACS software. This image can be seen in 2D or 3D environments. These DICOM images are available to Doctors and Physicians on their PC/Laptop terminals directly. The original Image, when shown on the Doctors PC terminal, can be expanded, and zoomed in to give an exact diagnosis. Original Images do get distorted when zooming is done.
